Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the YESHUA Apparel website (the "Service") operated by YESHUA Apparel ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Purchases and Orders

1.1 Product Information and Availability
We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products (including price, features, and availability). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed an order.

1.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction.

1.3 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Shipping and handling charges are separate from the product price and are non-refundable. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

2.2 Risk of Loss
All purchases from the Service are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

3.1 Policy
Our Return Policy dictates the terms and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3.2 Conditions
Generally, for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Creation
If you create an account on our Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YESHUA Apparel and its licensors. Our trademarks, trade dress, and brands may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of YESHUA Apparel.

6. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by YESHUA Apparel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that YESHUA Apparel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YESHUA Apparel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario in Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
