1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YESHUA Apparel. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Gift cards.

Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

Items specified as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Personalized or customized products.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@yeshuaapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Do not send your item back without an RMA number.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If the item is returned damaged, used, or without the original tags, the refund may be denied or a partial refund may be issued.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour, please email us at info@yeshuaapparel.com to confirm availability and process the exchange.
