Shipping Policy
1. Fulfillment (Made-to-Order) and Processing Time
All products at YESHUA Apparel are made on demand, with our primary fulfillment facility located in Europe. This means that every item is created specifically for your order after it is placed. Our shipping times begin only after this fulfillment (production) process is complete.

Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take 6–12 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time: The delivery estimates listed below are for the transit time after the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.

Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if fulfillment is delayed, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time Only)
Please note: Delivery estimates shown below are in addition to the 6–12 business days required for fulfillment. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because our fulfillment is located in Europe, shipments to Canada, the United States, and other international destinations may be subject to customs charges. YESHUA Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damage and Lost Items
Risk of Loss: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost/Stolen Items: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and your local post office immediately. YESHUA Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs procedures and local postal services.
